We take pride in producing and packaging all of our fine jewelries for you! All of our pieces are sourced and manufactured in Los Angeles. Every piece is made-to-order, which means we only make a specific style once the order is placed. Please consider, we only have a limited quantity of products and some designs are repurposed. If you're waitlisting for some thing specific, you're welcome to email us directly so we can give you an estimated time when products will be back in stock.
We do not accept returns due to sanitary and hygienic purposes for all of our products. Please read below for other guidelines.
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges. Each piece of necklace is hand picked and made uniquely. Our mission is to make sure you're happy with our products and to continue being our life long customer. If you are not satisfied with your products, we will be happy to discuss repair options with you.
Our suggestion is be sure to read sizing before purchasing, it's listed in the product descriptions and feel free to email for any sizing help.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
We carefully inspect all jewelry and make sure there are no defects before shipping. However, we know things might happen and chains could break. We do offer a $30 fee repair if your chains break or locks do not work. Before repairs are put to work, we will ask for you to send a photo of your damaged product with your order number and you will be required to return your damaged products before we start the repair process. Please keep in mind, replacements will be determined on a case-by-case and will not be guaranteed for replacement. There will not be any exchanges on damage products, it will be repaired for the same style.
Please understand we are a small business and production could take up to 1-2 weeks to make since all of our jewelries are made-to-order. We take our time to make sure everything is perfect before we ship anything out. You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order with a tracking number.
We will not be responsible for any lost packages, you will need to contact the shipper. If your package has not arrived, please notify us directly as soon as possible for guidelines.
